Picross e9 is the ninth game in the Picross e series, and the only one to be released exclusively in Japan.
Modes[]
- Picross: Contains 5x5, 10x10, 15x15 and 20x15 puzzles. (150 in total)
- Mega Picross: Contains 5x5, 10x10, 15x15 and 20x15 puzzles. This mode introduces "Mega Numbers" which are a number of linked squares in two rows (span two rows instead of one). (150 in total)
- Micross: Contains 80x80 puzzles, which are in fact 8x8 consisting "big" squares which are seperate 10x10 puzzles themselves, making a big picture. (3 in total)
- Special Puzzles: If save data of each of the games Picross e, e2 and e3 exist on the device, 5 special puzzle for each game would be unlocked, 15 in total. Contains 10x10 and 15x15 puzzles.
Note: "Free" settings, which mistakes would be not notified and penalized under it, is no longer a mode and turned to a rule which could be switched on/off in settings.
